somehow it ends up being like "we do our documentation on Confluence except for some old things that we're still migrating over from Sharepoint, which is linked to Teams, which is how we communicate with some external vendors. Confluence has integration with Jira which is used for most tickets except for the project management and some documentation in Wrike. Quotes have to go through Oracle which doesn't have a good integration with Sharepoint so if you get a contact through email you need to upload the email to Oracle and tag the Jira ticket with the Oracle PO number and then send Stephanie a Slack message so she can make sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted and transition the Jira ticket status to Approval." and someone's like "where I come from we use, fuckin, Screeblo or some shit, it could really streamline all of this" and you just have to stare into the camera as you add a Screeblo password to your Bitwarden vault because Screeblo isn't actually good for whatever so now they just use it for random HR shit except sometimes that's where you need to save Material Safety Data Sheets because fuck it.
I am trying to figure out a way to be organized with the new job and I am in the process of building a workflow that I just *know* is going to make me somebody's nightmare somewhere down the line.
